Arena Pula
Visit one of the best preserved Roman amphitheater in the world and the main symbol of Pula. In the Roman times it hosted gladiator battles but today the Arena is a venue for various cultural events.

Temple of Augustus
Well-preserved Roman temple located in the central city square Forum. Take a seat in one of the cafés located in the square and enjoy the view of one of only two such Roman temples outside of Italy.

Pula Aquarium
Pula Aquarium, the largest in Croatia, is located in the converted Austro-Hungarian fortress Verudela. As part of the aquarium, there is a center for the recovery of seahorses, and the aquarium serves as a refuge for red-eared turtles.

Fortress Kaštel – Historical Museum
The Venetian fortress from the 17th century is the site of the Maritime and Historical Museum of Istria with over 75,000 artifacts. At the same time, it is the highest point in the city center, and it can be reached by the Zerostrasse underground tunnels, whose network stretches along the city.
