BoardAnywhere is currently in its beta phase, meaning certain features and functionalities may still be in development and subject to change. As a beta user, you acknowledge that:

  • The app is provided "as is" without any guarantees regarding performance, stability, or uninterrupted service.
  • Bugs, errors, and unexpected behavior may occur.
  • Features and policies may be modified before the official release.

  • Bookings made via the app are subject to availability and confirmation by service providers.
  • Your booking details will be shared with the service provider to facilitate your reservation.

  • BoardAnywhere does not process payments and is not responsible for any payment-related issues, including cancellations or refunds.
  • Once your reservation is confirmed, the service provider will contact you directly with payment details.
  • Prices listed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Any disputes related to payments, refunds, or cancellations must be resolved directly with the service provider.
  1. User Responsibilities

When using the app, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or making a booking.
  • Use the app only for its intended purpose and refrain from unauthorized, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations while using the app.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, modify, or misuse the app’s services.
  1. Cruise Provider Responsibilities

Service providers listed on BoardAnywhere are solely responsible for:

  • Confirming or rejecting bookings made through the app.
  • Providing cruise services as described.
  • Handling all payments, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with their own policies.

BoardAnywhere does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by service providers or the quality of their services.

  1. Limitation of Liability

BoardAnywhere acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for:

  • The quality, safety, or availability of cruises booked through the app.
  • Errors, omissions, or outdated information provided by cruise operators.
  • Any disputes between users and service providers, including cancellations, refunds, or service-related issues.
  • Any losses, damages, or expenses—whether direct, indirect, or consequential—that arise from using the app, except where prohibited by law.

  • All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with BoardAnywhere are owned by BoardAnywhere.
  • Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without prior written permission.
