Postira

Postira on the island of Brač is a picturesque fishing village located on the north coast of the island and is filled with traditional stone houses and olive groves. Lovrečina Bay is especially famous, popular for its beautiful sandy beach and archaeological remains.

Zastivonje Beach

Zastivonje Beach is a very popular beach made of concrete and mostly small pebbles. It’s located close to the center and there is plenty of natural shade on the beach itself. Restaurants and bars are nearby.

Beach Porat

Beach Porat is a small pebbly beach located near the town centre and is close to restaurants and bars.

Trstena Beach

Trstena Beach is a natural pebble beach surrounded by lush vegetation and offers a peaceful atmosphere. There are no additional facilities on the beach, so you should be properly prepared for all-day sunbathing.

Lovrečina Beach

This famous sandy beach is located outside the town, halfway between Postira and Pučišće and is surrounded by a pine forest that provides plenty of shade. The beach is accessible on foot, by bike or car. You can explore the remains of the historic basilica that are nearby or enjoy sports activities.

Old Town

Explore the old town center, narrow and cobbled streets and the Church of St. John the Baptist. Enjoy the view of Mosor mountain and the Brač channel from one of the cafes located along the sea coast.

Olive Oil Museum

Visit the museums located in the village of Škrip, just outside the town of Postira. Learn more about the history of the island of Brač and more about the olive oil production.

Ethno village Dol

Visit the ethno village of Dol, a picturesque preserved medieval village located 2 km from Postira. Feel the spirit of the past and don't forget to try local specialties in one of the three restaurants.

Tavern Gustirna

It is a family-run restaurant located in the very center of Postira. It got its name from the fact that there used to be a well on the site of the restaurant. It serves traditional Dalmatian and Croatian cuisine and an authentic Dalmatian specialty called peka.
